When does my TCU ID card expire?

Your TCU ID card does not have an “expiration date” and you are responsible for keeping your ID card for as long as you attend TCU-even if you are sitting out a semester.
You will be issued one ID card that will remain active as long as you are:

1) Enrolled in classes in the current semester, and
2) pay your fees.

Your ID card will be deactivated during any semester you are not enrolled at TCU.

Bookstore charging privileges for seniors will be suspended approximately 1 month prior to graduation.

Although your ID card will no longer be active, graduated seniors retain access the library and the rec center for 1 semester following graduation.

Students are responsible for keeping their card in good condition, whether they are currently enrolled or sitting out a semester.

Should your ID card be lost or stolen, there is a $20 fee to replace a lost or stolen card. This fee will be charged to your student account.
