Benefits

The TCU ID Card is a lifeline to all that takes place on campus. It is used as a key to access buildings, residence halls and labs. It serves as a debit card when an Employee Meal Plan has been purchased or when Frog Bucks have been added. It serves as a pass to enter special events held on campus. It is also considered a legal form of identification. The ID card should be treated in the same manner you would treat a credit card.
In additional all staff and faculty have the following benefits:

  • Access to the Library
  • Discounts at the TCU Bookstore
  • Discounts at different venues in the community
  • Free access to public transportation when accompanied by a TCU Premium Transit Pass

TCU Premium Transit Passes are free and are available at the TCU Police Department on Lubbock, at the Information Desk on the first floor of the Brown-Lupton University Union, or in the ID Card Center on the second floor of the Brown-Lupton University Union.
