Contact the ID card office immediately at (817) 257-7856 or TCU Police at (817) 257-7777 to have your card canceled/inactivated
Go to Financial Services, room 104 of Sadler Hall, and pay the $20 replacement fee and bring receipt to ID Card Center in order to have a replacement issued
