Status change upon leaving TCU

As long as you remain employed at TCU, your TCU ID card will automatically remain active. 

When you retire, please bring your ID Card to the ID Card Center and we will replace it with a Retiree Card which will allow you continued access to the library and allow to you continue to get discounts in the community.

The ID Center is located on the second floor of the Brown-Lupton University Union, room 2003.
Upon leaving the university, either voluntarily or involuntarily, you need to give your ID card(s) to your supervisor.
